Kamia The Secretary Limited is owned and operated by Kevin Britten who has worked in SE Asia since 1988. After spending 17 years in Brunei working in training and education for the government and in the private sector, Kevin moved to Cambodia in March 2006. He opened The Secretary, Cambodia’s first fully-serviced office business centre later that year and the range of business support services has grown from that beginning.

Location
Close to all major commercial and government offices, The Secretary is located on the 5th floor of Phnom Penh Centre which is only 500 metres from the Independence Monument and the Royal Palace. We are in Building F, the furthest building from the main entrance, after Build Bright University.
